Allied Health
-
Individual Counselling
We all go through life transitions, whether planned or unplanned. Some major life events can present a range of mental health challenges and opportunities for personal growth. Individual counselling offers a safe and confidential space to address these challenges, develop coping strategies, and improve overall health and well-being. We provide therapeutic counselling to help individuals navigate difficulties, enhance mental health, and heal from adverse life experiences.
-
Family Support
Every family member is unique, and each person’s competing needs and behaviours can impact the family as a whole. Finding a balance that works for everyone can often be challenging. In family counseling, we work with the family as a unit to identify challenges, provide support, and offer education to foster a sense of shared understanding and safety, especially for children. Counseling can help families improve communication, resolve conflicts, and develop a shared structure.
NDIS Support
We offer a range of NDIS supports, including capacity building, therapeutic counselling, psychosocial support, and skill development, all designed to maximise quality of life and enable full participation. Additionally, we provide comprehensive functional capacity assessments that take into account not only individual abilities but also religious and cultural needs.
